Building failures are often a mystery however did you know there is a technology that can allow you to “See the Unseen”? Thermal Imaging has long been used when viewing electrical switchgear but there are also many other uses when it comes to maintenance in buildings. Peter Hopkins, a 28 year veteran in the building inspection industry will help shed some light on the many uses of thermography including building leaks, roofing problems, HVAC, energy efficiency and of course electrical problems to name a few.
