About this session:

Whether your organization has people in the building 5 days a week, 2 days a week, or on site once a month- their experiences when they are in the workplace must be consistent. This can be a challenge with a variety of mandatory, hybrid, remote, and flexible work schedules all happening simultaneously. FMs need to be thinking strategically about why people come into the office, what they do when they are there, and how they can best support the in-person work experience. From single pod coffee machines to whiteboarding and wellness spaces - this interactive session will share research and lessons learned from a strategic campus planning effort from an organization that was seeking to understand the drivers, amenities, and occupant services that really matter in the workplace. Attendees will be invited to join the dialogue with their stories and experiences.

  1. To provide thought leadership on the challenges and opportunities FMs are facing in creating workplaces that support a dynamic and ever evolving workforce.
  2. To provide a case study, industry research, and benchmarks on what makes for a productive and engaging work environment.
  3. To share practical ideas for enhancing occupant services and amenities for a shifting work workplace.
  4. To create a space for attendees to learn from each other by sharing their own workspace successes and challenges.
