Mr. Wester, Director, Institutional Sales, is responsible for leading Tradesmen International’s institutional market business with government, education, and health care. Bruce joined Tradesmen in 2022 bringing additional focus and expertise to the company’s efforts with this expanding customer group. Prior to joining Tradesmen, he held sales leadership roles with industry leading building material manufacturers and distributors. Bruce has over 25 years of experience assisting sales teams, delivering solutions to customers, and developing alliance partnerships. Bruce resides in St. Augustine, FL while traveling to work with Tradesmen’s over 170 local teams and customers across the U.S.
