Franc Genoese has been employed by High Concrete Group LLC since 1997. He originated its StructureCare® division in 2004, a service-based consulting, engineering and field services group focused on the development and implementation of preventive maintenance and restoration programs for parking structures of all construction types, and currently services as Senior Director of Technical Services. Professionally, Franc recently completed a four year term on the board of directors of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), and served as chairman of its Field Safety Committee and as co-chairman of its Erectors Committee.
