Throughout her career, she has driven process improvements, enhanced business performance, and managed operations with an entrepreneurial mindset that increases revenue, reduces costs, and builds efficiencies. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, Maria brings expertise in data analysis, fiscal management, customer service training, coaching, and organizational leadership. An active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and a student at the QC Design School for Professional Organizing and Aging in Place, she is committed to continuous professional development while empowering her team to realize their full potential.
