Mark Jones

Mark Jones, Controls Business Manager, Carrier Corporation, has over 18 years experience in the commercial HVAC controls systems industry. In his current role as Controls Business Manager, Mark leads a Product Management team responsible for working closely with Carrier commercial sales channels on product application, positioning strategies, sales and marketing. The team is responsible for managing all Carrier controls products sold through the Carrier North American sales channels. Mark’s past experience includes: • Controls Systems Support Engineer – Provided technical support and expertise for U.S and International controls installations on all controls products. • Controls Program Manager – Integrated customer and market requirements into new commercial controls products. Managed development from idea conception through product release. • Controls Product Manager – Provided application and sales support to Carrier commercial sales channels for all controls products. Mark has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut and a MBA from Rensselaer in Troy, New York.
