Mat is a Sr. Structural Engineer covering the Maryland, Washington D. C., and Virginia area, and has been with StructureCare for nearly 8 years. Previously he was a Design Engineer for Structure Care?s parent company, High Concrete Group, where he designed precast parking structures. With his experience in rapid responses to structural disasters, Mat offers unique insights for parking structure owners and owner?s reps on how to prepare for the unpredictable. Mat graduated from the University of Villanova with a Master?s degree in Civil Engineering and Capital College with a Bachelor?s in Civil Engineer. Mat is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states including PA, VA, MD, DC, DE, NY, WV, and NC.
