Tia Freiburger

Tia is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in facility management, operations, and event coordination. She began her journey as an undergrad at the University of Northern Iowa, where she first dipped her toes into facility management. Her passion for sport and facility management led her to the University of Tennessee, where she earned a master?s degree in Sport Facility Management and Administration, coupled with a Graduate Assistantship in the Recreation Department. Tia?s career has taken her to several esteemed institutions, starting as the Coordinator of Facilities, Marketing, and Special Events at Florida Gulf Coast University. She then expanded her expertise as the Associate Director of Facilities and Operations at Towson University, where she successfully opened a 94,000-square-foot expansion. Today, Tia is the Director for Facilities and Operations at Under Armour, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to manage and elevate world-class facilities. Her career reflects her dedication to creating dynamic, high-functioning environments that support both athletes and organizations.
