Tim Sliger, AIA , LEED AP

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in commercial interiors, base building architecture design, and project manager. Tim is leading the Architectural Services at Hendrick and has worked with the team on over 550,000 square feet of base building and interior design services. With a commitment to clients, grasp of evolving BIM technologies, and wellness and sustainability he understands the delicate balance between economy, function and quality. Tim has contributed on a wide variety of projects from concept to completion. These projects range from high-rise mixed use office towers to small adaptive reuse projects and everything in between. And, with effective collaboration and project administration, he embraces the complexities of the modern design and construction processes, budgets and schedules.
