Rapid Response Roundtables puts you at the head of a roundtable discussion and creates an unparalleled opportunity to position your organization as an industry information resource. As a Rapid Response Roundtable host, you'll facilitate a non-commercial discussion among attendees surrounding best practices, strategies and solutions targeted towards emergency preparedness and adapting to the changing needs of the industry during COVID-19. After 20 minutes the roundtable concludes and another group of attendees will join your table. Your roundtable will repeat three times, providing you with dozens of interested facility professionals. Please be careful when contacted by a third party vendor posing or leading you to believe that they are working on behalf of NFMT.
Some companies use this tactic are housing vendors and list rental companies.
Housing - Visit Baltimore is the official housing bureau for NFMT and reservations need to be made through the NFMT housing site and not by a company contacting you.
List Rentals- NFMT does NOT rent or sell the registrant lists. Any exhibitors that are paid in full will receive the registrant list with mailing information only (no phone or E-mail) 30 days pre-event and 14 days post-event.

UPDATE REGARDING YOUR FREEMAN ORDER

Event orders

Any event orders that you placed with Freeman will remain in their system for the August event and you will not need to re-order.

New orders: Freeman is working on updating all of their forms with new deadline dates. We will notify everyone once Freeman Online reopens so new orders can be placed.


Storage of advance freight

Freeman has created a SOP for shows that were postponed and they are going to start charging storage fees for freight that was shipped advance and/direct to show site.

This will not apply in the case of NFMT & CBE. NFMT & CBE Show Management will be covering the cost of storage for any of the exhibitors freight that was sent to the warehouse and is being held until the August event.


Exhibitors that need their freight back prior to August

If this is urgent and you need freight back immediately:

Maryland is still shut down but Freeman has arranged for their MD warehouse to be open Friday May 8th and Friday, May 15 from 9am-2pm Eastern time for freight pick-ups.

Exhibitors can either have their freight shipped via Freeman Transportation or by a carrier you choose. You will need to contact Freeman to arrange the pick-up.

If you can wait until Maryland reopens for business:

Once Freeman is able to open their warehouse for normal business hours, we will notify exhibitors so they can make arrangements with Freeman.

Fees: There will be fees involved since the shipments were handled at the warehouse when they arrived and will need to be handled again when they are shipped out. Freeman would be able to provide a quote to the exhibitor on those fees.

FAQs

NFMT has been postponed now what?

What is the cost of a booth?

NFMT charges $45.50 per square foot, so for a 10x10 booth the space rental would be $4,550.00. Discounts are available for larger space. Please contact your account executive for more information.

What is Included with the Space Contract?

Your exhibit space at NFMT includes:

Do you charge additional fees for corner placement?

Nope. Nor do we have any association fees. Basically, we have no extra fees.

How do I register?

You can register for NFMT on the Current Exhibitors registration page located under the Exhibit tab.

How do I make changes to my NFMT registration?

You can log back into your registration at any point to edit it. To log into your registration, click here, and enter your email and password.

Are there special hotel rates for NFMT?

Yes, NFMT has negotiated a discounted rate at area hotels, all within walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so please book your hotel the moment you register for NFMT. Our room blocks typically sell out, so book early. A good approach is to book your hotel when you complete the registration process.

Does the Baltimore Convention Center offer parking?

No. However, parking is available adjacent to the Convention Center at Camden Yards, Lot C. We offer a free shuttle service from Camden Yards - Lot C parking lot to the Pratt Street entrance of the convention center. In addition, there are a number of affordable parking options located throughout Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Click here for complete parking information.

How can I stay up to date about NFMT before and during the event?

We will automatically send you exhibitor updates starting 8 weeks before NFMT. In addition, join our NFMT pages on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and promote the #20In20 on all three.
