Attendees and Exhibitors Are
Raving About NFMT

David Schofield — Chardon Laboratories, Inc.

“They’re qualified prospects for us. We’re getting a lot of good leads, getting a lot of good scans, and some good information from people.”

Jenny Taylor — Avetta

“This is our second year sponsoring the networking event on the first night. We love getting to do this because it gives us an opportunity, when everybody’s fresh at the event, to come and chat, network, have a drink on us and then stop by and see our booth the next day.”

Gary Bauer — Reliable Controls

“There’s quite a bit of opportunity, specifically, in this area. But we see people and clients from all over the United States that have our installations and our products in their facilities. They come to see what’s new, to learn how we can help their facilities with better energy management, security, and their lighting needs.”

Christopher Hariz — Hexmodal

“We used to be in a very niche industry within facilities management, just healthcare. We were looking for an opportunity to experiment with a bunch of other industries. NFMT is pretty much every industry in facilities in one place with a tech focus. It really spoke to us.”

Joseph Nasuta — Crothall Healthcare (Essex, MD)

“I’ve been here several times. Probably one of the best conferences that is offered for folks in facilities management.”

a

Chris Markle — CSX Railroad (Waycross, GA)

“I wanted to see what all was out there and what capabilities we have. Technology changes every year, so wanted to get out there and see what all the options were for us.”

Maurice Howell — Social Security Administration (Woodlawn, MD)

“I was here yesterday, briefly. Today I’m here all day, getting a full fledged education, if you will about the different things in the industry and just looking at all the wonderful vendors and ideas and different solutions they have for the things that I need.”

Gary Gradone — Carlyle Baltimore Holdings (Baltimore, MD)

“Quite a few. I’ve worked with the fire control people, and a handful of these people. It’s good. Good event. Worthwhile to come.”

Kevin Turner — Noblis

“I like it very much. I definitely would want to come back!”

Nuri Akdeniz — Harper College (Palatine, IL)

“I ran into A LOT of vendors that we use! Roofing vendors, building automation systems, lock systems, fire protection.”

Richard Echevarria — Salus University (Elkins Park, PA)

“I think the show is going really nice. Talked to several vendors and contractors already. Looking forward to talking to more tomorrow and Thursday.”

Tap into the Lucrative Facilities
Market at NFMT

National Facilities Management & Technology (NFMT) Conference and Expo was launched in 2001 by the publishers of Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions magazines with a goal of bringing education, networking and product discovery to facilities professionals nationwide. NFMT exists today for many of the same reasons, but on a much larger and grander scale. Building owners, facilities executives and maintenance directors head to NFMT each year as the main event for all things faciliites. It's a place to harbor new relationships, strengthen existing ones, learn new and efficient methods to take home to their facilities and of course, find new products to use throughout their facilities.

As an exhibitor, you'll meet with facilities professionals from every type of organization: government, education, commercial office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, industrial and more from across the United States and beyond. The budget controlling executives roaming the aisles of the expo hall are there to find products and services to improve the operations and security of their buildings while pinpointing new ways to keep occupants safe with more efficient means. NFMT has always had dedicated expo hours. There's no competing with the conference sessions for the attention of attendees. The bottom line is you will meet buyers and you will make connections and you will find new customers when you exhibit at NFMT in 2025.
