About this session:
A survey of over 100 supervisors recently showed that less than five percent of an FM's day is spent actively supervising team members. Very few organizations formally train new supervisors or managers. A large percentage struggle with delegating or assigning work, determining what truly motivates employees, and how to handle discipline consistently and equally.
This session will discuss the pitfalls, mistakes, and difficulties of managers and supervisors whether new to the role or seasoned veteran. We will cover tips and hints how to motivate, delegate, coach, and discipline consistently and evenly.
