Bill Comer has led Corporate and Facility Operations for Florida Power and Light company for the last decade. In this role, he has transformed the group into a metric based organization focused on critical systems reliability and customer service while minimizing O&M costs. His teams have embraced technology and have utilized robotics and software applications to drive down costs to serve along with managing a growing footprint. Prior to his tenure at FP&L, Bill has worked in manufacturing, supply change, and continuous improvement roles. Bill holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA from Duquesne University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Leadership Coach.
