Charles is a nationally recognized expert on e-waste and ITAD with experience speaking in front of the US Senate Committee on the subject in July, 2023. After five years as a continuous improvement expert for a Fortune 100 firm, Charles joined Human-I-T in June, 2019. The ITAD business line at Human-I-T grew 400% under Charles' ownership from $1.8M in 2018 to $7.1M in 2022. Charles now leads all external revenue teams at Human-I-T with revenue increasing from $13.8M to $18.1M in his first year as leader (2023). He holds a Bachelor?s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Legal Studies and Risk Management & Insurance.
