Kimberly Case-Nichols is the general manager of strategic operations and facilities management for Nevada Health & Bioscience Asset Corporation. By aligning business and physical infrastructure strategies with service delivery and building performance, she ensures that the organization operates at its best. Her leadership experience is particularly notable for its focus on integrating people, spaces, infrastructure, and business operations to uphold the highest standards in education, patient care, and research excellence. Kim has over 20 years of leadership experience executing business strategy and managing education, clinical, and research facilities. Kim held leadership roles at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Stanford University, including chief of staff in business affairs and executive director of space and facilities management for the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. In 2023, she received administrative faculty emeriti status from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and continues to support the university through private development strategies. Kim is past president/secretary of the Pacific Coast Association of Physical Plant Administrators (PCAPPA) and an active member of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
