I served 12 years as a linguist in the US Army in both special operations and intelligence. I graduated the University of Pittsburgh in 1992. I have worked in the field of TAB, Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning for over 25 years. During this time I have specialized in Federal projects, restaurants, multi-residential / mixed-use, medical and existing building audits. I have over ten years experience as a trainer and speaker in the fields of TAB, Commissioning & Retro-Commissioning. I also serve as a voting member on the ASHRAE 7.7 Testing and Balancing Technical Committee and have served on the TC for the past 8 years. I have spent the past 2 years as a trainer and subject matter expert for Evergreen Telemetry, a US based instrument manufacturer. This is a unique position which has afforded me the opportunity to work directly with contractors and facilities managers on a variety of building types across the United States.
