Troy Kaiser is a Senior Consultant with Benchmark, Inc.'s pavement division. Troy joined Benchmark, Inc. in 2006 and has been in the pavement industry since 1984. Troy provides pavement consulting services to clients throughout the country. He is immersed in all aspects of the projects from field data collection to report writing, design, and peer review. Troy is also involved in various client paving programs for several Fortune 500 companies and is instrumental in the evaluation, design, and rehabilitation of both asphalt and concrete pavements.
