We encourage you to visit the section often as new forms and information is added frequently.

Please do not fall victim to these tactics.
Please be careful if you are contacted by a third-party vendor posing or leading you to believe they are working on behalf of NFMT.
Some that use this tactic are:
Housing: The only way to book a room inside the NFMT Remix hotel block is through the NFMT Remix website link or you calling the hotel directly (however you will be charged a service fee from the hotel for a phone reservation).
If you receive a call from anyone asking you to make a reservation for NFMT or NFMT Remix, they are NOT affiliated with the event.
List Rentals:
Do not fall for anyone that contacts you trying to rent you a registrant file (even if it uses the NFMT name).
NFMT does NOT rent or sell the registrant lists. Any exhibitors that are paid in full will receive the registrant list with mailing information only (no phone or Email) within 14 days post-event.
We recommend that you mark that E-mail as junk E-mail and block that domain. Please forward a copy of the email to nfmt@rocexhibitions.com

Exhibitor Update Emails
Please make sure you add nfmt@rocexhibitions.com to your "safe senders list" so you won't miss any exhibitor updates.
Updates are sent to the primary contact that is listed on your space invoice.

Move In: Monday, October 28th from 8am-5pm
Move Out: October 30th from 2:01pm-6pm and October 31st from 8am-1pm.
All freight must be called for by 11am on October 31st. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.
If you move in your own materials and in order to NOT have to pay any material handling or cartload services, park in the Paris' parking structure and hand carry their items in.
View MapIf you chose to unload at the hotel entrance, a bellman can take those items to your hotel room and you can hand carry from there.
Your Exhibitor login password will be emailed to the main point of contact (who was on the space contract) along with the registration link. The email would come from nfmt@compusystems.com
If you do not receive the password Email, sometimes it is blocked by spam/junk filters, please email nfmt@rocexhibitions.com for your password.

Please use the link below to access all Freeman forms and information, place furniture orders, for details on shipping and material handling, and for cleaning and servicing your booth. NOTE: The discount price deadline is September 30th, 2024.
Exhibitors may: As an Exhibitor you may choose to utilize your own personnel to set up and dismantle your exhibit.
If full-time company personnel are utilized to set an exhibit, they should carry positive company identification, such as a medical identification card or payroll stub.
You may hire Freeman to act as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to perform this work.
