In today’s climate- and cost-conscious environment, facility managers are expected to deliver both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. Drawing on decades of leadership at HEI Hotels & Resorts and Great Wolf Lodge, Bob Holesko will walk attendees through proven, scalable energy management strategies that drive savings and sustainability.
This session will explore how to build a culture of energy awareness, implement low-cost initiatives with high ROI, and prioritize capital improvements like smart HVAC and CHP systems. Attendees will also learn how to leverage partnerships for funding and navigate the path from quick wins to long-term sustainability success—using real-world examples and lessons from “Project Green Wolf” and DOE-recognized programs.
