Levin Nock works as a senior technical manager in networked lighting controls at the DesignLights Consortium (DLC), a nonprofit consortium of energy efficiency programs that supports rebates and incentives for commercial lighting across the US and Canada?with a database of energy efficient lighting and controls products, and with research to inform policy development. He has managed research on emerging technologies for over 30 years; and for over 15 years has focused on energy efficient commercial buildings. He is an active member of the NEMA ANSI C137 Lighting Systems Committee and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Lighting Control Systems Committee.
