Troy is a Senior Consultant with Benchmark?s pavement division. Involved in the pavement industry since 1984, Troy joined Benchmark in 2006. Troy is involved in various client paving programs, including Jel Sert, Kraft-Heinz, and Corning Inc., and is instrumental in the design and rehabilitation of pavements. Additionally, Troy shares his expertise through speaking engagements within the industry, including presenting at the 2024 NFMT Remix.
